The only leak I have on the newly installed motor is from the water return on the turbo. I fitted new aluminium sealing washers but unable to achieve a seal. All the sealing faces look good.

Anyone used copper in place of aluminium, or some kind of sealing compound?

 

I would try some copper washers

Thought the rubber seals wouldn't last 2 minutes with the heat?
