Default mk2 focus RS rims on mk2 ST

Hello,

Anyone fitted focus RS rims on their ST? Bought RS rims for my ST but they barely fit.
The car is completly stock suspension wise.

So they need some spacers. But does annyone knows which spacers to run?
Got 1mm space at the front between the shock and wheel.
At the rear they rub the shock cover and inner wheel arch tub.

Did some trial fitting at the front i need 3mm spacers and 5mm for the rear to clear.

The hub centres that stick in the rim are 1.1mm. The rims have a skewed side of 3mm at the centre bore of the rim.
If i stick some 5mm spacers on it the hub will stick 1.5mm in the centrebore to centre it. Seems like a bit dangerous...

Anyone experience or tips to fit these rims safely?

Yes you will need spacers to cure clearance issues. I used 15mm eibach hubcentric spacers on mine.

Thanks for the reply's! Which spacers did you use. Ones with studs in the spacers or studless spacers? Do you need to cut the studs when fitting 15 or 20mm spacers? or did you replace the stock studs with longer ones?

you need hubcentric if going spacer route and always chose quality like eibach or h&r, slip over spacers are pure rubbish

normally fit 12/15mm on the front for this reason as 20 is a tad wide
