Default Mk4 Mondeo tdci fault

Our Mondeo had picked up an intermittent fault and is showing code p02e1 diesel intake air flow control performance. It mentions that the actuator is stuck open?

At light throttle the car sometimes goes a bit juddery

Anyone seen this before?

It's not generally that bad and if it does happen opening the throttle more clears it. It seems only happen shortly after setting off too

From what I've read online I think it's something to do with the throttle body?
