From what you had headed your post I and probably others thought you wanted to have them re-furbished? If they are working fine and just need new bleed nipples and a paint that is a fairly easy job to do yourself? There are various caliper heat resistant paints available in many colours.

Ah yea just 're read it back it does sound like that
I'll have a look at decent paints and some new nipples.
i did some ringing around when i wanted mine done, most wouldn't touch then incase they stripped the threads when trying to split them.
as it happens they didnt need seals and came apart fine,so i repainted them and used new bolts, nipples, stainless tube which connects boths sides of the piston and pad retaining clips.
i think even just them parts where expensive for what they are.

I rebuilt my ap5200 calipers, got all new parts from parts box, I replaced all the seals pistons and bleed nipples,
They where really easy to rebuild, I didn't undo the main fixing bolts as I read once they are apart they never seal up again
After I stripped them all down I soaked them in a tub of thinners for a few days and they came out like new and ready for paint
The cost of the parts wasn't too bad and they where really easy to rebuild
