Another helping hand if possible. I'm an owner of a mk4 S2 Rs turbo here in Cyprus, and was told by a helpful chap from this forum that it's an original early 1986 car and colour vehicle. Vin number is WFOBXXGCABGG20796. Colour is black (Swartz) on the slam panel. I've checked the logbook and says it was manufactured on 01/01/86. Is it possible the vehicle was made on new years day?
Any idea how many where made in 1986 and is it possible to find out what number of production it is. Eg. Number 100 out of 3000 produced.
Anyone can help be much appreciated as a ground up restoration is about to start. Thanks!!
