Hi all, does anyone know if the turbo's and injectors are the same on MK3 Mondeo TDCI 115 bhp and the 130 break?. my reason for asking is that have just spent a lot of money on my 115 bhp 2.0 tdci (turbo and injectors) and its been writen off by a lorry. Am trying to find a decent 115 bhp replacement so if needs be I can salage these parts off my old car, but seem to only be able to find decent 130 bhp models. ive been told by some that they are the same and its all in the map but others say they are different ? Please help !. Also had a nee clutch and DMF on old car, will these fit a 130 bhp?

 

Fuel pump is deffo the same, clutch should be the same, injectors are different, I know 130bhp turbos are different between electronic actuator and vacuum actuator, and from what I’ve just read tddi 115 turbos are the same as 130bhp turbos, but 115tdci turbos are different.

My advice would be to strip your written off Car of parts and sell them to help pay for a 130bhp in good nick, you may be able to up the price and find a car that had similar work done to it and save you the labour, that’s if you can’t find a 115bhp that you want.
