I am trying to remove the shims from the buckets of my Focus mk1 2.0 zetec-e.

Some have come out of the bucket (6 of them) but 10 stay stuck in their buckets.
I presume a film of oil is sucking the shim into the bucket. Anyone a tip how I can get them out?

 

I wonder if you can blow an air line in there to break the seal?

 

Thanks. Just found my own solution; just heat them up for a minute or 2 and they just pop out!
