How to test the silver ECU

hy i have a turbosystem chipped ECU
my question is how can i check if my ECU still work propely as my car do not wanna start cuts off after 1 second start...

The silver ECU controls the spark so if you are sparking then it's at least working to some degree.
Cutting out after 1 second is more likely air/fuel related
