Just thinking of swapping the mfi cvh in my series 1 rep to to a 2.0 black top with fiesta rs turbo ofab management and blue injectors (as i have it kicking around in my garage ) with a 195 chip just wondering what sort of bhp it could produce on this setup without being remapped ?

Shouldn't a 195 chip have beige injectors?

I think it will be running seriously lean on standard fiesta turbo management and injectors with anything more than a little bit of boost.

I would have thought a 195 chip would do about 195 bhp (at best) and as that is probably a generic chip it would not work well in a bespoke set up...surely better to build up the engine and then have someone map it?

 

i would have said the best money you will spend is getting it mapped .no point in goin to all the trouble of changing to a zetec and then melting the fooker lol.

Cheers for the advice I may just rebuild the fiesta efi engine i have instead of going down the zetec route. I ment beige injectors not blue sorry. Just wanted a little more chatter than the mfi engine produces ��. Thanks for the kind comments it was a rs1600 replica but I always wanted a series 1 so sorced a body kit and repainted it. Not one for the purests but I love it.
