Default Clear perspex moulding ..who does it .

As title who makes things out of clear perspex to a good standard ..any companies ? Or persons ? ..im after a cambelt cover making for my cvh rs turbo ..i did buy one bit it arrived cracked in the corner ..and I'm quite guttered after looking for one for ages and then this comes up and arrives cracked.

I've used this stuff to fix acrylic parts together in the past

It's really thin and flows into cracks and joins welding the material together.


Best used with a syringe and needle (I used to work in a hospital!)

If it would get rid of this id use it ..but I can't see this being repaired

Half of the crack would be covered from the rubber gasket(are you going to staple it in?) you could tiger seal the gasket on. The other half you could hide it by sticker the inspection/test OK sticker over it, Or even a cambelt change sticker. If not there's a long ford service sticker you can fit over it.

Not a bad idea that .. but ive gone for a full refund and return it ..ill have a carbon one made now .
