hi one of my rear cossie calipers are in need of repair so im planning on rebuilding both. I've got the seals and new pistons, but can't find a method on how to rebuild them. if anyone has a method statement or pics etc would be great

 

I did have at work in a Granada manual it's really easy and no special tools needed

 

that's good to know. I got told the hardest part was screwing the piston back in and linking up with the handbrake spigot ?

 

There's a spring to compress I did it with a socket and g clamp. Once compressed a circlip go's in if I remember right. The park brake lever mech is easy

 

Here is a link to a picture! 13 is sort of bean shaped lol as you apply the park brake the lever rod turns and pushes it out to apply to move the piston out
