Default Selling a private number plate.

Afternoon folks

I've got a private number plate that I don't really want anymore, been there, done that and got the T shirt kind of thing really so I thought I'd try and move it on.

Has anyone used these online number plate sites and if so, what's the crack
with them and were they any good? Any grief with them?

The plate would be good for anyone whose got a Nissan Skyline GTR or an R35 GTR (C4 GTR) so hopefully someone would be interested

Is it currently on retention? Or is it still on a vehicle? I would advertise it privately mate if I were you, those plate companies take the piss a little bit imo. It's a bit of a rigmarole selling a plate but it can be done obviously, I'd get a valuation done on it to give you an idea of what it's worth, having said that plates can be funny things, they can be worth what someone is willing to pay on occasion

You can advertise them on pistonheads. I would go on the ultima (gtr) forum and the skyline forum and see what they think.

Hello Jimmy! Long time no speak, how's things mate? Still got the Focus?

It's on retention at the mo mate. I was going to put it on my ST but to be honest I'm not overly bothered about it anymore so it's potentially dough I could use for engine build no.3!

Oh right, I didn't think about those!

Would the admin get a bit funny about a new member just signing up and advertising something for sale though you reckon? 🤔
