Default Mondeo Si 4x4

This is my MK1 Mondeo 2.0 4x4. I bought it 4 months ago off a man who left in lying ina shed for nearly 10 years after buying a new X-Type. Anyway after doing bits and pieces to it she passed MOT last week and is now taxed and on the road. There is still work to be done to get her the way I want but I'll get there.

That's a stunner, and well done on putting it back on the road.

Looks really tidy! Wonder if there are any original wheels knocking about anywhere for it?

I do have the proper wheels for her, I just need to get them painted and new tyres, the other ones I got cheap for MOT.

Nice looking car! It's a shame you hardly ever see a Mondeo mk1 on the road now. The fact that there was never a really special or fast version probably doesn't help. The Si 4x4 or the 2.5 V6 was the most special it got I believe. But I guess some nice and easy conversions could have been done with maybe the ST200 or ST220 engine.

Yeh I agree. Other car manufacturers were making cars like the imprezas and evos.
