Default Boost gauge wiring

Sorry guys I can't think of the connector that looks like a t piece I've obviously gotta tap in to ignition live and a earth and then the vacuum to the ecu which I will need a t peice. Just wondering best way to go into ignition live thanks guys

Is it an electronic boost gauge then?

If not then your wiring is only going to be for lighting, in which case you just need to tap into cabling for the cigarette lighter light

Na not electronic will just be for the light id imagine scotch locks was the connector i was looking for will splice into the cigarette lighter or ignition live

Fag lighter illumination will be your best bet. you don't want it coming on with the ignition, just when the lights are on

If the gauge is smoked you'll need to splice into the positive wire(yellow) the wire to the stereo is perfectly fine. This is where the voltmeter would be wired to as well should you fit one.

Better not to T into your ECU (MAP Sensor) vacuum line, if you get a leak at any point your timing will not retard under boost and you could destroy your engine.
Always have a dedicated vac line for the ECU to manifold and use another manifold take off for things like boost gauges etc.
