I bought weeks ago a new CHRA to my TBO384 Sierra Cosworth 4wd turbo and doesn´t fit into my old .48 housing because heat shield is different.
Anyone knows why?








Another problem i have is that my turbine housing is a bit cracked and can´t find replacement for it.
Could i buy a "actual" turbine housing or something with similar specs for my new CHRA?






I would spool as fast as posible and 300bhp max output.

Perhaps give the chaps you sourced the chra from a call to ensure you get the correct fitment. No point re-installing a cracked housing on a new chra.

 

I sent the CHRA and the old heat shield to the sourced to change it and alignment again.
