Bought a 08 plate 1.8tdci focus (kkda engine)with a snapped belt.when I got the car there was nothing when you turned the key so put it down to a flat battery.I've replaced the engine and used original injectors and fuel pump ect and new belts,chain and water pump.Put it all together turned the key and ....... nothing.engine won't turn over unless I bridge the positive terminals on the starter.there's power to the main positive wire from battery to starter but not the smaller wire .2 days I dicked about with it is there something simple I'm missing here s fuse or cut off switch ect.
Any help/ thoughts grealty accepted.
