Hello, i have a questsion:

I have a Escort Rs turbo from 1987 without engine. I found a 1990 Fiesta Rs turbo engine complete, can i install in my car ? What i need to do?

FRST engine will be efi opposed to the standard ERST MFI engine.
Loom will need to be hacked about etc but the actual engine will drop in no problem.
A common swap so plenty of info on the interwebs

You would need the management as well, it also has a smaller turbo (T2).

As above you need everything from the Fiesta to run the engine... wiring loom, ECU, MAP sensor, CO pot, etc.
Ideally from a running car so you know it's all good, even then you could be forever chasing problems, 27 year old wiring doesn't like being moved around and can be quite brittle.
