Default Spark plugs

I know this has been asked before and I'm probably going to regret asking it again, as everyone has their own opinions and experiences, but I'm gonna ask it anyway.

My 3dr is running standard turbo, yellow injectors etc, but with an old BBR chip running 16psi of boost, turning out about 280bhp

When BBR chipped it in 1991, they fitted Champion C57C plugs.

What's a good alternative for C57C's these days as they're pretty hard to obtain.

Options seem to be Denso IK31 or Motorcraft 071, or should I persist and try and get hold of a set of C57C (are QC57C the same plug?)
