This was all I had access to at work. Not sure if you will still be able to read it after I printed it, scanned it to PDF, opened it in paint and saved it as a JPG, uploaded it to photobucket and attached to this post. Is there a way to attach a file or pdf to the post apart from posting a link to it on the net. David

 

Not having a lot of luck here. I don't think you can read the picture I posted last night (NZ Time) so I tried scanning the actual owners manual pictures but I cannot select the image code in photobucket to paste it into the forum. Very frustrating!!! Have put a link to the whole album that hopefully you can access and see the pictures from there. David
