Default Mondeo engine lost its power

Hi, it's all about a 96kW, TDCi, 2005 Mondeo which engine's lost its power.
In the six gear, the car can go up to 90km/h but needs a lot of time to get it. No obvious acceleration.
The absolute pressure in the intake manifold is 1bar and can not be increased.
No obvious punctuation in the hoses.

I used a Ford F Super II scanner and got the codes below

P132AFinned
P132BFinned.

Would someone let me know what those codes mean.

Thanks

In the mean time, I've found the meaning, these pending codes probably mean the Hella's turbocharger rotary electronic actuator is at fault.

Can anyone of you suggest some testers and programmers which can help me check the actuator and adjust the needed, open and close positions of the new actuator so that it matches my turbocharger?

All right, I've got the codes meanings, does anyone of you know the exact Johnson's stepper motor part number used in the 6NW008412 Hella's rotary electronic actuator used with the Garret's turbocharger used in 2005 TDCi Mk3 Ford Mondeo? Thanks

All right, I have solved the problem with the electric actuator, I also substituted the MAP sensor which was shoving about 4VDC all the time, now I have another question.

If it is all about 2005 Ford Mondeo, TDCi, 96kW, is pulse-width modulation used on vacuum solenoid/regulator to manage the EGR duty?

Thanks
