Default Zetec Microsquirt disaster

So the story so far, shortened, is I fitted a 2.0 litre silver top to my MK3 Escort, originally trying to run it with a deep ECU, but was then bought a microsquirt V3 system by my generous nephew. I gave it all to a local reputable auto electrician, but today after having the car for six months (i did say no rush) has said he cant do it. So, I am based by Aldridge, West Midlands, can any one point me in the right direction for someone to get this thing running. It was bought from trigger wheels, and is supposed to be especially for the zetec. Thanks

Bailey performance has got a very good Rep if your just looking to get it done.

Making up a loom is easy. Just take your time and do one circuit at a time. Mapping it is another story.

Oem is much cheaper but more time intensive. No mapping needed. Just turn the ignition and go. But not very flexible.

I wouldn't bother with pre pats. Pats is easy to use and gives obd2 functions for fault finding.

Well thanks to Dale at Bailey performance, (highly recommended), the old Escort is now running better than I have ever expected (153 bhp) I've a few things to sort before MOT, but one thing that does annoy be is the noisy low pressure fuel lift pump by the tank. I have a high pressure pump up front, which is ok, but want a nice quiet one at the back. Dale recommended a motor bike pump, but any thing that is quiet would do, the ticking is bugging me, any suggestions?

Bike pumps (carb) are one option. I prefer one sold by webcon, Huco. It's a modern version of an su pump.

With any of these will probaly need a restrictor in the return line so it can cut in and out as needed.
