I need to remove upper and lower part of the dash on my Sapphire with old style dashboard.

reason is that I need to get access to all the wiring so that I can untie it in order to move the fusebox. (need clearance to repair a rust hole below the fusebox)

any tips on removing the dash?
I have tried removing the lower part and instrument cluster but the upper part I have not.

also what could be the best way to untie the wires so I can pull the fusebox to the side?

any help would be greatly appreciated
