Brunters 2 mile straight
drove my cossie round Brunters yesterday on a Big Thunder track day.
But does anyone know how and when a member of the public ( eg a normal punter like me and not a car testing magazine or company ) can pay and use the 2 mile straight to have some top speed runs. Have drawn a blank so far on this question so would appreciate the right info.
Cheers

Thanks for the suggestion.
Yes I have, but they were reluctant to commit themselves on any procedures being in place, other than for car manufacturers, car magazine testers or t.v etc.
It seems they are reluctant to make it be known that just anyone can come along and use the 2 mile straight , even by prior arrangement and suitable payment.
To some extent I can understand this, as it would have to be rigidly controlled in terms of health and safety and car suitability.
Perhaps the answer is for a big enough group of like minded individuals to group together with the resulting large pot of cash and " official front " and then approach
them to arrange a " Top Speed Day "
Any one interested ?
