Default Turbo issue Focus 2.0 tdci 2005 help needed

Hi There,
New to posting on here but used for advice plenty of times before.
I have a focus 2.0l TDCI, been a brilliant car till now.

Recently serviced filters all changed.

Heres the problem, the car runs beautifully between 1000 and 2500 rpm but you get to 2750 rpm and she pulls back.

EML came on threw 2 fault codes P0234 & P0236

Cleared codes, same problem, codes have not reappeared but then it threw code P0238.

Here's what I have done so far,
Unplugged all the sensors 1 at a time MAP, MAF, IAT.
No change
Vaccum Tested MAP to show change in voltage seems to be working without issue.
Voltage tested MAF again seems to respond as it should.
Vacuum tested all Vacuum Pipes no leaks

I did notice quite a lot of oily liquid in the inlet manifold so cleaned all sensors aswell as throttle body, which moved freely.

I did find 2 vacuum solenoids, 1 near the battery 1 below the alternator which runs up to the throttle body.

I vacuum tested these 1st (near the battery) held vacuum fine 2nd below alternator seemed to not hold a vacuum and the psi would drop quite quickly, I'm not sure if it should do this, or if this is faulty. I could achieve vacuum just not hold it.

Any further clues or light that could be shed on this I'd really appreciate.

I have ordered a new solenoid which I will test for a vacuum before I install as I'm just not convinced that's my problem.

Many thanks for reading

A little update so far,

Ecu threw up code this morning P0238 again.

Bought a brand new MAP sensor.

No change at all.

Have you logged the MAP while the engine is running or while driving?

If you log throttle, MAF, MAP, fuel pressure etc you might get some clues as to what's going on.

Does the DTC come on immediately or when hitting certain rpm?
