Hello, I just put a 2.0 zvh on my xr3 efi, but need a cam.

Which do you recommend me??

Newmans 296 or 286??

Or ZVH cam, this is for turbo engines?? how about going in high compression??

You won't want a turbo camshaft for a n/a engine. They have very little lift when compared to a n/a camshaft. I would'nt personally know which camshaft. i would just phone them and tell them what kind of power band you want and they can answer for you

 

I used 286 on my n/a but its mfi not efi. Give Ken or David a call, they will be able to advise best.
I wouldnt go 296 regardless tho
