Need help

I have a 1.6 zetec s tdci and it struggling to rev past 2500 and stops at 4000

i wouldnt of thought it would rev much more than four. when was the last time the fuel filter was changed

No idea

I don't no mate not long brought it the guy said it was just serviced but I doute it as the oil is getting dirty
