Right I'm at my wits end with my fiesta rs turbo. I have just rebulit it and put it back in the car, it is a 1.6cvh efi with ofab managment. Getting spark and fuel up to the rail, when you turn ignition on the injectors get the pulse signal, but when cranking nothing no pulse signal.....just turns over and won't start. Give it a wee spray of brake cleaner and she burst into life runs a bit lumpy then settles and runs ok. Will start no problem there after but leave it any lenth of time and you back to sqare one.

things iv tryed

replaced injectors
fitted adustable fuel presure reg
checked timing a million times
check cps

I have read loads of threads with people having the same problums but never seen one that posts a fix.

any help would be great cheers
