Is it possible to get a mint s1 or s2 with lowish mileage thats been well cared for, either standard or already modified, for £3500 ?

Examples welcome

Cheers

You won't get a mint standard low miler S1 for that money unless you are very very lucky. You would however get a nice one with potential.

You are lucking at 5K plus for a mint S1 and that's if you can find one of those. The ones I know of (like dry's etc) are 5K+ cars and I haven't seen anything that I would value at less that was in that sort of condition....

I searched for a long long time for mine...... (and it was more than 5K!)

In fact, an old man who didnt have a clue, sold my mate a really clean s2 for 2k 2 days ago - he just didnt know what it was worth. Where as if u go to a total ford enthusiast whos spent loads and cared for his/her car there more likely to think its worth loads. U get me?
