I'm building a mix match of st170 bottom end with blacktop zetec racing head with throttle bodies and 4-2-1 exhaust, I'm just missing the cam bearing caps from the blacktop head I have everything else, I have a silvertop sitting in the garage and the head from the st170 spare, will either sets of cam bearing caps fit my blacktop head? I can't find any evidence of them being similar or different

The front two are very differant but fit or not they should be line bored as a set.

 

You cannot just randomly swap parts like that, as they will be line bored to each engine.

Caps must remain in the exact location they came from the factory.
