Just had a 53 plate 1.4 42k only 2 owners with the engine run dry on oil (cream crackered) they said tappers but I say btm end !,I've also just broken a 3 door 1.6 ,will the engine fit strait on the same loom on the 1.4 and switch ecu or per usual not that simple lol ?.
Also going to run the 1.4 box on 1.6 if possible are the clutches swappable ?,say 1.4 clutch with box on 1.6 block ?

Any help/advice would be appreciated 😁

I've also just rebuilt a 04 tdci 115 sport in imperial blue bought via a mate from a well known salvage car seller ,slam panel,headlights,rads etc etc ,I'll upload pics when bonnet and bumpers painted and see if anyone knows the previous owner reg is Ys04sxu .
