Has anyone got a mint leather clad gear knob they have laying around they want some pennies for? Thanks.

The one i have in mine is. Just wondering if it came from something else, although im sure they did come from factory as leather ones.


I know its not a capri one, and it doesn't look like a Granada one either..

2wd are leather,4x4 are rubber/plastic I'm sure.

I had a capri gear know referbed not too long ago, cost a packet and they never look the same as original.

They are about Ł100 when they turn up I think.

 

Holy Moly, i need one though as ive taken the leather off mine now

 

An easy way around it is to buy an escort gti gear knob, exactly the same just the top insert is different, remove the insert out of yours and replace the gti insert with it,saves paying Ł100+, the gti ones seem harder wearing too.

 

Won mine on eBay for Ł3, they do turn up but think I was lucky the seller even posted it to me

Had the blue one in my moonstone 3dr as the old one had worn badly. These are good quality. Wish they made a black faced one so it looks more oem but im guessing they are not allowed
