i have downloaded adobe photoshop from www.download.com . how the fuck do i use it

 

I learnt just by playing around with it and using the built in help.
Once you get a grasp of the very basics you could have a look at http://www.digimods.co.uk/tutorials/tutorials.htm there are all the most used ones on there that people use when chopping cars
