Replaced the headgasket, rebuilt everything and the car fired up first time. Idling fine but when its revved up it has a mis-fire/stutter and won't rev past 4k. Checked the timing numerous times and all is ok. Checked the phase sensor and that seems ok.

Cleaned the engine harness to body harness connectors so they are nice and clean.

What next anyone?

The car is running standard at the moment so i can try to get it running properly again.

How much is a diagnostic session down ford gonna cost me? will it find the problem?
