I want a review of ford fiesta mk3 1.1 1993 . and these problem , and what is your advice to buy this old car ?

Mainly rust, mechanically the HCS engine is strong and there is little to worry about, so long as it's been maintained. They were famed for being tappet, but that's just characteristic. That year will probably be CFI, which was not that good.
