Default where does this go

Removed this from my 1990 4x4 Cos a few months ago and now can't remember where it came from. I believe it was somewhere around the battery area of the engine bay. It is made of rubber or foam. Thanks David

Insulator between wing and bonnet by the bulkhead panel.

Or between scuttle and panel will look in a bit....

Hmmm. Wouldn't have thought I would have taken it out from there as I did not have the scuttle panel off. Do you think there is another similar one in by the wing somewhere. Like I said I don't have the car at work so can't look till I get home. Thanks again David

Thanks Paul. Finally got around to having a look at the car tonight and that is exactly where it came from. Blocks off the end of that cavity and in my case the notch in the bottom appears to be for a wire which I am guessing is for the heated washer jets although I haven't followed it to confirm. Thanks again David.
