Default Wheel bolts to studs and nuts

Is it as easy as drilling out the threads on the hubs and pressing the std Ford M12 studs in?

Piece of cake, Heck you dont need to press studs in if you dont want to buy ford studs. You can buy studs with a thread and using a stud extractor fit them that way.

Just make sure you drill the holes straight! Friend did it with a hand drill rather than a pillar drill and they were a bit wonky
