Inner Tie Rods
Pulled back the bellows but cannot see anywhere to place a spanner to undo these? They almost look like they are all part of the main rack itself and aren't able to be seperated.
Surely they are replaceable as per pretty much every rack out there?
Any help appreciated as I'm probably just being retarded

You can get a tool to remove them, they have rollers inside that grip on the shoulders.
