Got a pair of trims that cover the seat subframe, at a show years ago, was wondering, (assuming if anyone knows what the fuck I'm talking about!? Lol) are these common things, or like rocking horse poo, as was thinking of selling them... Don't really find the subframe that much of an ugly sight and somebody might make better use of the than me!? They have Ford part no's from memory, they may be off a Granada?
(Not the makings of a for sale thread, just wondering if I depriving somebody, somewhere of them?! )

 

they're seat runner covers from a bug eye scorpio. i sold a set for £35 a few years ago when they were very easy to get. not sure what they're worth now though!

 

Thanks, had wondered what they were from!? Not mega rare then? Almost felt guilty for having them In case the were! Lol

 

A set are worth around £90,a guy sells drivers side covers on eBay but no passenger sides,they are very hard yo get.
I bought 1 from him and he wanted a focus rs seat foam I had,he had a set in his own saph he didn't need so sent me the passenger side cover.
The last set I seen sell made just over £90 on fleabay.

 

I think I also have/had a set. But if I remember correctly they didn't fit the Sierra.

 

I bought a set off Twin on here a few years back but still havent fitted them to the saph - might try them on the 3dr in a few months tho

Yes got a set in my turbo ,you have to trim them slightly to fit (on an s2) but does neaten it up inside ,im sure i have a few sets more up in the loft

 

Sounds interesting to try out. Did all bug-eyes have them, or only ghia/ultima ones?

 

Mine fitted without trimming.

 

Got some in my 3 Door and Sapphire, all fit straight in, just a bit tight

 

I've never trimmed mine down, they seemed fit well at the first attempt!?
