Smile Cossie problems

I have had problems with my 3 door for some time now. Started with the fuel pump failing and causing damage to wiring behind the ECU. This was fixed by an auto electrician. The car ran but would not tick over from cold, and was generally off colour. Only solution, take it up to TREMONA GARAGE. It went in on Monday last and was collected the next day. All fixed and running sweet again. I can't speak highly enough of the guys at Tremona, thanks again. On the way home , I was stopped at traffic lights in Southampton, and a guy on my nearside was trying to attract my attention. I lowered the nearside window and he shouted across that he was a previous owner of my car. Small world or what!.

I think one of the first things you should do on a Cossie now is chuck a new engine loom on it and ideally try to upgrade to something that doesn't rely on a distributor for the spark.
