My Mondeo St is fine driving steady and round town, but when I put my foot down in sometimes 3rd but mostly 4th,5th,6th (Worse in 5th and 6th) it revs from say 2k -3k as if the clutch slips but then regains its bite and then goes again and does the same, the car is on 90,000 miles and the clutch is higher than it used to be but still bights ok and is find in 1st and 2nd.

The car is remapped but it never did it when i first had it done. Any suggestion will be gladly appreciated. my thoughts were dmf or egr or even injectors

Sounds like the clutch to me.
