I'm looking at changing the suspension on my saff 4x4 cosworth ,what's better springs and shocks or coil overs,at the minute its on bilsteins and ab springs with 18"comps and sits very nice it's just there old and tired now

 

It depends on what you want and want to spend. AB springs and Koni shocks is what I use and I find them perfect for road use. For track use something a bit harder would be better, but in my opinion you would need to get good (=expensive) coilovers to have an improvement over the Koni shock/AB spring setup. Black Art Design (BAD) is supposed to do good coilovers, but it's about 3 times as expensive as the Koni/AB setup.

 

I have been looking at gaz coil overs £600 on eBay ,I just want something for road use I do like to drive it hard though
