Please can u help as need paint code for 3 door cosworth original white , my logbook states white and that's it. Thank you.

 

what number is stamped on your colour code plate vince ?

 

Paint code should be B3 , FORD DIAMOND WHITE.

 

Diamond White: (B/N/B2/B3/B5) -Ford Code:691

 

There are 5 different shades of Diamond white, if you are repainting just a small area it is important to get it blended right. I thought diamond White was just one standard colour until I had my front and rear bumpers re-painted and the guy who did it explained it to me.
If you are painting a whole car it will not make any difference which Diamond white shade you use.

 

Wow just thought white was white. Painting whole car.

 

The guy who paints your car will use exactly the same shade of diamond white for the whole car so it wont be any problem for you.

 

Do you still have this car mate? A good friend of mine use to own it back in the early 90s
