Default 3dr abs sensor removal

Is there a way of getting the front abs sensors out on the 3dr with knocking them?

They do become stuck.

The trouble is if you are too rough, you will end up snapping it off and replacements are hard to come by and expensive!

Rotating them does help, but the issues are that the rubber o-ring stops being rubber and that hold them in situ
I found that turning then first so that there was the possibility to get a small screwdriver underneath the lip, then squirting some WD40 into the gap normally did the truck

Don't forget that too much lube inside will ruin the grade for the bearings
