Default Alarm keeps going off

Guys,

my alarm keeps going off, been advised it could be boot or bonnet sensors.
are these easy enough to check.

doors, boot & bonnet are shut.

Also how do you disable alarm for time being while fix is in place.

Take the wiring plug off of the bonnet catch and bridge the pins out with a piece of wire. They are quite a common fault on these, had to do it on my mk2 st.
