Default 1.8 zvh cosworth management

Hi as title says got 1.8 zvh and have (most) of the cossie management for it.. Was just wondering if anyone on here had fitted it to a 1.8zvh before as wondering about the crank pick up? Does the 1.8 zetec have an internal crank sensor that can be used or go the trigger wheel and make a bracket

Thanks andy

Tbh if it hasn't had its rods and pistons changed I would just stick with the 1.6 and put the management on that probably be stronger. The trigger picks up from flywheel

The crank sensor is in the front of the block as it uses pick ups on the back of the flywheel, what you will need though is an efi flywheel as that has the pick ups cast in to it mfi ones don't

Don't think he can use a efi flywheel because he's wanting to run cosworth management needs 4 pick ups

Yeah that's what I was meaning , so I would need to get a cossie pick up ring on my crank pulley and bracket made for cps? Also does any one know where the cps would be mounted? Tdc?

I am running cosworth management on my zetec turbo, I had a bracket welded to the sump and a trigger wheel set and welded to the front pulley, if you look at my advert in the rs turbo parts for sale and zoom in on the brake picture you can see the set up if that helps.
