Hello does anyone know the full spec of a stage 2 T3 turbo please

Usually .36/50 with a 360 trust bearing, capable of around 230bhp on a 1.6 CVH.... But it can vary from brand to brand, "Stage 2" is just labelling if you know what I mean?
