Default 2wd propshafts info reqd

Is a rwd t5 cosworth prop single piece or is it 2 piece with the donut ring?

I'm guessing the donut is to help in not breaking props with hard launches big power etc,?

Reason I ask is I'm building a t5 gearbox and cosworth powered car ATM, going for 400 horses...... Need to make propshaft custom size, would you 2piece it or single? it's gonna take hard abuse?
Another q, I've got the axle end flange, need the t5 end, was it only cosworths props that fitted these t5 boxes?
Cheers pics would help

T5 doesnt use a donut its the mt75 from the 4x4 that has the rubber donut
Theres pro's and cons with a single piece prop,
But most people find theres to much vibration from them and stick with a centre bearing

No it has a centre bearing, but its a slide joint at the gearbox end so no donut

4x4 is 2 piece, has a donut and center bearing,2wd as above,no donut as the prop could slide in and out of the box to an extent but 4x4 is fixed.
