Default Coilover top hats, again!

After a change of plan and deciding not to do things by half, I've stumped up for some adjustable top mounts for the 940. However, as I'm converting my struts to coilovers, I'm struggling to find anything on the web that tells me what the top hat looks like that sits between the spring and the actual top mount?
I can get something machined up, but I could do with a picture to give me an idea on what should be there! Will it need a bearing between it and the top mount?

Any help appreciated.

The top mount manufacturer should have appropriate top hats for the bearing size in your top mounts.
They need to know the bearing inner diameter and the strut thread size.
