Paint the wheels SILVER replace the bumpers, swap the seats and it would be respectable. Also tidy up the engine bay.

Blast from the past! Think a girl had it when it was featured? Sure it was on the cover as well

Pair of 90 spec bumpers and wheels done in silver and that would be a completely different car like Glenn says, oh and throw the interior away as far as possible lol

Totally agree here, looks awful now but would take a few tweeks and it would be lovely. My 205 was an embarrassment when I got it, but now I am very proud of how it looks, all I did was remove the Halfords crap, paint the bits that were different colours and remove all the fake carbon wings etc...now people compliment it all the time...I wouldn't have been seen dead in it with all its Max power hey day equipment and graphics.

I can see there is a lovely ERST under there.

I remember that. Was a fast ford cover car with a cossie style front bumper, not the delta front end (guessing that came later?). Was a smart car back I the day (at a guess, year 2000 when featured?)

Love the shade of blue, the choice of bodykit however is horrendous.

As for the interior.... its a bit bright for my tastes

The blue paintwork looks good but not the bright yellow seats and wheels. Put an original front end back on and paint the wheels and it would probably be ok, as Its had quite a lot of money spent on it.Change the interior when a good one comes up and it will be a decent car for someone.

Listing says 'Cream' coloured interior Looks a lot like bright yellow to me. Could be a decent car with all the crap removed off it.

Should be left as is imo, a reminder of back in the max power days, when cruising and being a boy racer was one of the better things to do on a Saturday night!

Standard bumpers, repaint wheels and redo interior in... well.... not yellow and it'd be quite smart.

That's not too bad when you compare it to this bag.

Nasty looking car but given its got throttle bodies on it and maybe other bits worth having (I wonder if theres an aftermarket ecu lurking in there somewhere) I don't think the price is too hideous, you'd probably get £100 scrap for the left overs. The door cards are priceless

Some of these types of cars haven't aged well, but I always admired the work and effort that went into them. Nowadays, it seems that you just have to fit some wide wheels with a ridiculous offset, lower it so much that you can't drive it anyway, fill the windscreen with stickers and you're away
