Late to reply I know, but not much sadly, you can get it breathing better with air filter (panel filter will do) and exhaust modifications, but that's about all you can really do with this engine,

i have done the exhaust the only thing i havent done is the 4-2-1 manifold as i cant find one anywhere and put and air filter on aswell

Really, the best you can do is 1.6 or puma swap. Even a 1.25 zetec swap would be faster. The old pushrod 1.3's are shite for what they are lol.
